Pricing and Currency

All services are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Current pricing, plans, or custom proposals are provided directly through our website, sales consultations, or written agreements.

Service Delivery

Most SEO services are delivered on a month-to-month basis. Upon onboarding, clients can expect:

  • An initial review or SEO audit of their website and online presence
  • A defined SEO or web strategy aligned with their service areas
  • Ongoing optimization activities throughout each billing cycle
  • Performance tracking and reporting at agreed intervals

SEO and marketing services are continuous and cumulative, meaning results develop over time rather than instantly.

Billing

Clients are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle for ongoing services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The first payment is due at the time of signup or onboarding
  • Subsequent payments are processed automatically on the same calendar date each month
  • Services are delivered only for billing periods that have been paid in full
  • Failure to process payment may result in a pause or suspension of services until payment is received

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date
  • Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partially completed months

Because SEO and digital marketing involve ongoing work, time, and resource allocation, refunds are not offered for services already rendered.
